SPECIAL FUNDRAISING EVENT!
Harnessing the Fertile Force, a four hour workshop held at Prana House on Friday the 16th of September 2-6 pm. This is a fundraiser for The Art2Healing Project, directly supporting sex-trafficked women in 3rd world countries. Please come along and experience this work, for yourself and for others.
The Biology of a woman is such as to create life, in her particular way, hopefully with every thing working. This force, this fertile force, is something we all find our individual way’s of living with. For some, we barely comprehend the reality of it all, for others the science is well know. Most of us “treat” our fertile force with some kind of something. Some of us learn to be with it, like the ocean, surfing the individual waves that are ever present, ever arriving upon our shore.
I am hoping that you would learn to surf your force of nature…with some tools that I feel may well change the way we live in our bodies, creating our lives from the core out.
First there is a Form, a survey that will illustrate where this work is going. The process of asking the self these questions, and answering clearly for yourself, will be useful for now and after you have worked with these tools.
Then there are four guided visualizations, one for each of the phases of your cycle. Menstrual, Pre-Ovulatory, Ovulatory, Pre-Menstrual.
All four mp3′s can be downloaded free of charge. There will be a donation button at the end of this page that you can use if you so wish to make an offering, all donations gratefully received.
Essentially, as you, in your body, move through these phases, you use the appropriate meditation. I will create a blog post for each of them to use the comment section to respond to each of them if you can. This process of feeling the change, using the effective meditation witnessing the experience, and responding will assist me to create a set of tools that truly serve women.
